Recruitment process

All driver applicants are requested to complete the department of Education driver package.

The package can be requested by clicking here on the “Request Driver Package Form”

Requested documents to be provided along with the Driver package form are :

• WWCC apply online or at RMS (work with children’s check) confirmation email or letter ( number must have an “E” in the end as this is for paid employment)
• Photocopy of 100 point identification (4 types of I.D’s refer to identification list in driver package) All copies must be certified by a justice of peace.
• Copy from RMS of your Driving History must be certified by a justice of peace.
• Medical Assesment Certificate in the the Driver package application to be completed by your medical practitioner

The driver package and supporting documents will be submitted to the Department of Education for further checks and screenings including National Coordinated Criminal History Checks for final approval.

Providing the Department gives full clearance and depending on job availability, drivers will remain on short-list and contacted when a job is available . Drivers will be hired on a 3 month probationary period upon successful completion of the probationary period the driver will be hired on a casual basis.
